Use platforms like Avvo, Justia, or the American Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Directory to find qualified attorneys.
Check the website of the lawyer or law firm you choose to see if they offer virtual consultations.

2. Contact the Lawyer or Firm

Most law firms have an online form for scheduling consultations or a contact email/phone number listed.
Provide relevant details, including the legal issue and any documents they might need to review ahead of time.
Specify if you want a virtual consultation.

3. Choose a Time

Confirm a time for your consultation that works for both you and the lawyer.
Many firms will send a calendar invite with the video conferencing link if the consultation is virtual.

4. Prepare for the Consultation

Gather all documents or information related to your case.
Have a list of questions you’d like to ask during the consultation.
